Privacy Policy

When you sign up for TicketWatch, we store your name, email address, a hashed password, your target budget, buffer, and the list of events you're tracking. We use these only to send you the price-drop alerts you've subscribed to.

We don't buy, sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. We don't use cross-site tracking pixels. We don't store payment information — all ticket purchases happen on the source site (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, etc.), which has its own privacy policy.

We send transactional email only: a welcome message, and price-drop alerts for shows you've specifically asked us to watch. You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time by deleting them in your account.

Some outbound links to ticket sellers are affiliate links. If you buy a ticket via one of these links, TicketWatch may earn a small commission from the seller — at no additional cost to you. This helps keep TicketWatch free.

You can request a copy of your data, or have it deleted entirely, by emailing us. We'll respond within 14 days. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our database.
