Terms of Service

TicketWatch is an information service that compares publicly listed ticket prices across multiple sellers and notifies subscribed users when a price drops below their stated budget. We do not sell tickets, hold inventory, or process ticket payments. All purchases happen directly between you and the third-party seller (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.), subject to their own terms.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential. You agree to provide accurate signup information and to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We do our best to keep listed prices current, but prices change frequently and we can't guarantee that any price shown on TicketWatch is the price you'll see at checkout on the seller's site. Service fees, delivery fees, and taxes vary by seller and are not included in the prices we display.

Some links to ticket sellers are affiliate links. If you buy a ticket through one of these, TicketWatch may earn a commission from the seller at no additional cost to you. This affiliate relationship does not influence how we rank or display sellers — the lowest-price source is always shown first.

TicketWatch is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, alert delivery, or accuracy. We are not responsible for any loss arising from your reliance on the information we display.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
